BONFIRE TREACLE TOFFEE
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
350g of softened butter 425g of Muscovado sugar 370g of condensed milk 200g of treacle |
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a pan , melt slowly , stirring only occasionally
Once the sugar has dissolved and the butter melted turn up the heat and bring to 130c making sure it doesn’t stick to the sides and bottom of the pan. Pour into a 32cms x 24cms tray lined with grease proof paper . Always to cool for ten minutes, then put in the fridge until set . Break up with a toffee hammer. |
